- Family Guidance Meeting (฿2,150): A private consultation to discuss your situation, understand your options, and receive plain-language guidance.

- Full Family Matter Support (฿11,700): Comprehensive advice, document preparation, and representation for more formal family legal matters.
Service availability is subject to the nature of each matter, our current capacity, and any applicable legal or regulatory requirements. We reserve the right to decline to act in any matter at our discretion, in which case we will notify you promptly.
Information published on our website describes our services in general terms and does not constitute legal advice. No lawyer-client relationship is formed until a formal engagement letter has been agreed and signed.
4. Your Responsibilities
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information when communicating with us or submitting enquiries. You understand that the quality of advice we provide depends on the information you share.
Acceptable use of the website
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates applicable laws;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems;
- Transmit any material that is harmful, offensive, or likely to cause distress to others;
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from the website;
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the website.
Engagement conduct
During any engagement with our legal team, you agree to communicate respectfully, cooperate with reasonable requests for information, and keep us informed of any changes in your circumstances that may be relevant to your matter.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, design elements, and materials — is the property of Kularb or its licensors and is protected by Thai and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the website for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our written consent;
- Modify or create derivative works from our content;
- Use our content for commercial purposes;
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
Documents we prepare in the course of providing legal services to you remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received, at which point ownership of those specific deliverables transfers to you as agreed in your engagement letter.
6. Payment Terms
Fees and pricing
Service fees are set out on our website and confirmed in your engagement letter. All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed in your engagement letter. We typically require payment or a deposit before work commences on your matter. Accepted payment methods will be communicated to you at the time of engagement.
Cancellation and refunds
We understand circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a Family Guidance Meeting, please give us at least 24 hours' notice and we will do our best to accommodate you. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund of the meeting fee.
For other services, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed. Please speak with us directly if your circumstances have changed — we approach these situations with care and understanding.
7. Service Terms
Scope of services
The scope of each engagement is confirmed in your engagement letter. Where additional work is required beyond the agreed scope, we will discuss this with you before proceeding.
Timelines
We will work with reasonable care and at a pace that allows for thoughtful handling of your matter. Timelines may be affected by court schedules, the availability of third parties, or the complexity of your situation. We will keep you informed at every stage.
Regulatory compliance
All services are provided in accordance with applicable Thai law and the professional standards governing legal practitioners in Thailand. We may decline to proceed with any instruction that conflicts with those requirements.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all information shared with us in the course of your matter as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to any third party without your consent, except where required by law, court order, or our professional obligations as legal practitioners.
The duty of confidentiality continues after the conclusion of your matter. For details on how we handle personal data more broadly, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
Information published on this website is provided for general reference only and does not constitute legal advice. Every family situation is different, and you should not rely on website content as a substitute for advice specific to your circumstances.
While we take care to keep our website content accurate and current, we make no representation that it is free of errors or reflects the most recent legal developments.
We cannot ensure or represent that any particular outcome will be achieved in your matter. The nature of legal proceedings and family negotiations means that results depend on many factors outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Kularb's total liability to you in connection with any matter shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of income, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, or failure of third-party systems.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kularb, its staff, and representatives from any claims, losses, costs, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our website, or any inaccurate or misleading information you have provided to us.
12. Termination
Termination by you
You may withdraw from an engagement at any time by notifying us in writing. You will be responsible for fees incurred up to the date of withdrawal. Please speak with us if your circumstances have changed — we will always try to find a sensible way forward.
Termination by us
We reserve the right to end an engagement if: you provide materially inaccurate information; you ask us to act in a way that conflicts with our professional obligations; fees remain unpaid despite reasonable notice; or it is otherwise appropriate for us to withdraw under applicable professional rules. Where we withdraw, we will give reasonable notice and take steps to minimise any disruption to you.
Survival
The provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
13. Dispute Resolution
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your engagement with Kularb shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
Informal resolution
We would always prefer to resolve any concern through direct, constructive conversation before any formal process begins. If you have a concern about our services, we encourage you to reach out to us first at [email protected] so we can discuss it together.
Mediation
Where informal resolution is not possible, the parties may agree to refer the dispute to mediation before commencing formal legal proceedings.
14. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with any engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kularb with respect to your use of our website and services.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it on a future occasion.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with any restructuring of our business.
- Notices: Formal notices under these Terms should be sent in writing by email to [email protected] or by post to our registered address.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, or our services. The current version will always be available on this page, with the Last Updated date shown at the top.
Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify current clients directly. Continued use of our website after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
